For any artwork-specific shipping question, especially large works, framed pieces, or international destinations, please contact the studio before confirming your order.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping is free for orders delivered within Pune city.
- For deliveries outside Pune but within India, shipping charges may apply depending on artwork size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location.
- Final shipping charges, if applicable, will be confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.
- Artwork will be carefully packed using protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Dispatch timeline may vary depending on artwork readiness, framing, packaging, and courier availability.
International Shipping Policy
- International shipping is available only after manual confirmation.
- Buyers outside India should contact us before placing or confirming an order.
- International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, documentation charges, and local delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- The final international shipping cost will be shared after checking artwork size, destination country, packaging requirements, and courier options.
Order Tracking Policy
- After the artwork is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the buyer through email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Tracking availability depends on the courier/logistics partner.
- For local Pune deliveries, delivery may be coordinated directly instead of courier tracking.
Refund Policy
- Since original artworks are unique and handmade, refunds are generally not available once the artwork is dispatched.
- Refunds may be considered only if the artwork is damaged during shipping and the buyer provides clear unboxing video/photos within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refund or replacement decisions will be handled manually after verification.
- Custom, commissioned, or specially framed artworks are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
