Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver within India. Shipping is included in the displayed order total; there is no additional shipping charge.
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after payment has been verified and your order is accepted. Your order remains Pending confirmation until the artist verifies receipt of your UPI payment. We will contact you if there is a delivery delay. Please supply an accurate delivery address and phone number, and contact the artist on WhatsApp with your Order ID for help.
Returns & cancellations
To cancel before dispatch, contact the artist on WhatsApp with your Order ID. No cancellation fee applies. If you have already paid, the artist will verify receipt and arrange a refund to the original payer.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, or you are entitled to a remedy for late delivery, contact the artist promptly with your Order ID and photographs where relevant. We will arrange an appropriate return, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping for a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Please contact us before sending an item back.
For a change of mind after dispatch, contact the artist to discuss whether a return can be accepted and any return shipping cost before proceeding. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after approval and receipt of a return where required; bank processing may take additional time. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Your privacy
We use your Google name, email and account identifier to sign you in. We use the contact and delivery details you provide, your saved bag and order records to process purchases, arrange delivery and provide support. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect site actions.
When you choose to open WhatsApp, your prepared order message includes your customer name, Order ID, selected artworks, quantities and totals. You attach the payment screenshot yourself in WhatsApp; this website does not upload or store that screenshot. WhatsApp and Google process information under their own privacy policies. Necessary delivery details may be shared with the courier.
We retain account and order information for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact the artist through the Contact Me page or WhatsApp to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we are required to retain. Never send your UPI PIN, OTP or bank password.
